Lane Head Road, Lees, Oldham

yesterday your Neighbourhood Police Team attended Lane Head Road, Lees, Oldham after reports from the public a male had been seen using Nitroxide Gas often referred to as balloons.

The male was seen by the Police inhaling the gas whilst sat in his vehicle. The driver was dealt with for the offence . 

Nitrous oxide is a colourless gas, also known as 'laughing gas'. Nitrous oxide is a Class C drug and it is an offence to possess it.
